First of all, treadmill is exactly what I wanted. Its a decent treadmill. Not like a crazy good one--but yknow, I wasnt trying to buy an insane treadmill and with the reasonable price with the sale. It is excellent. What amazed me though was this company'a shipping and communication. It originally said it would be delievered early march. Which was a-okay. Its a treadmill and that is what they communicated. Shipping was also free. Three days later, I had my treadmill and they delievered it into my garage making it super easy to unload. And the whole while it was clear communication on when it would be delievered, how, ect. I would for sure buy from these guys again. That was insane. Thank you

This is my second purchase of a Horizon Treadmill. The first was a 7.4 AT about five years ago and it is still running very well. Therefore, I was very confident that the second machine would work just as well. That said, the 7.0 AT has more features than my older 7.4 model and it is significantly more quiet and sturdier. My wife and I use it daily and we could not be happier. My compliments to Johnson Fitness for arranging the logistics with regards to the delivery and set up, as it was flawless and professionally completed. All in all, I would highly recommend Johnson Fitness and Horizon Treadmill for anyone who is looking for a great service and high quality products. Thank you!

Our Horizon 7.0 AT arrived 2/13/26 less than 1 month from when ordered. It was delivered setup and trash all hauled away with the white glove service they where both great at there job and very helpful. It was missing the chest strap and belt lube i put a message on the order info and was contacted the next day. Long story short Horizon had these items to me in less than 3 days. Great company service and product. Would recommend to a friend.

I rarely submit a review, but this time it needed to be done. I placed my order online on 02/03/2026. I opted for same room delivery and assembly, because as someone who lives alone in an apartment, I am unable to bring inside and put together on my own. I received a call to schedule delivery on 02/05/2026 and was given 02/09/2026 between noon and 5pm. I was contacted within 40 minutes of arrival time to advise the delivery was on the way. Two delivery men arrived and they brought in the treadmill I purchased in pieces with their shoes removed. The treadmill was put together efficiently and they made sure it was centered correctly on the treadmill mat. They answered any questions that I had about the operation and equipment. I could not be more pleased with the delivery process. As far as the treadmill; I could not be happier. I have been using treadmills for several years within the gym and this truly fills like I have a piece of high-quality gym equipment right inside my living room. It has many features that are easy to use but by far the cushioning that it provides is my favorite. If you're looking for a new treadmill, you can't go wrong with this one. Johnson Fitness and Wellness is a great company; the customer service was top tier and if at any time in the future, I'm looking to purchase any workout equipment, this is the company I will be going with.

This treadmill is a huge gamechanger. I am very pleased with how easy it was to install and get going. It meets everything than I need for a home treadmill feel with the functions of a commercial treadmill. It was the final piece to my home gym and I could not be happier. It simply works great! No complaints at all. Get yourself an Ipad and put it up there. Connect it with bluetooth to the treadmill's speakers and that's it. Amazing product! Not negatives, but advice for anyone ahead of time. Delivery took a little bit, but they delivered perfectly to my home with no issues. Just need to be patient, do not order this if you are not willing to patiently wait a few weeks for this to come in as you might stress yourself out. Also, it is a bit heavy. I was able to carry it down a flight of stairs with a friend who lifts pretty consistently, and I do not. So, two decently fit people can handle moving it, but definitely do not plan to move it someone by yourself. Best purchase I could have made!!!

Overall satisfied with my new treadmill. It is sturdy, doesn't shake when you run and easy to use features. Were a family of 5 so it is used at different levels. Only issue was waiting for delivery it took 2 months, I was ready to cancel my order. But I decided to keep it and wait. No real complaints beside that. Praying it stands the test of time. If it doesn't I will revise my review.

Besides the shipping delay I finally received my treadmill. I paid for the white glove service of delivery and set up. To guys came and while listening to them they made a comment that they have never set this type of machine. For one thing they installed the handles backwards. The top part of the treadmill was loose and the wires are hanging out. Went to use treadmill and the whole top part shook Contacted Johnson’s fitness yesterday (Saturday) waiting for response Also scratched in 2 places pretty good

I bought this product because the salesman said it was there number one best seller and I would truly love it. I hate it! The vertical handles hurt my arthritic hands because I have to grip them instead of a horizontal that I would merely hold (NOT GRIP). I paid $249 to have it delivered and set up as I am 71 years old. The guys took my packaging and so I can't rebox it nor can I carry it down a flight of steps. I am truly sickened by losing out on all of my money (Social Security)that I spent on this.

I've only been using it for a couple of weeks but so far it has been great. Very similar to what I've used at gyms without the bells and whistles. I did not want a high end screen, I have a TV. I also did not want the paid workout subscriptions. I have no interest. Because of that this is perfect for me. A powerful motor and the controls respond quickly. Thumbs up from me.

The Horizon treadmill is fantastic, everything that is advertised and more! However, the Delivery/assembly team is nothing close to what you advertised. Make no mistake about it, the Delivery team was great for what they were hired for. When the team was unpacking the treadmill in the truck, this is where they learned they were assembling the product! I introduced the thought as I met them in the back of the truck, where they called the office and learned and confirmed the assembly to be true. The next revelation was that they never assembled the treadmill before, this was the first time! But to the credit of the team, they pushed ahead with their task! They were so sincere they asked me to help them with the assembly as they had not executed it before. Together we collaborated and assembled the product, as I mentioned the product is excellent. But this isn't a complaint on the team, they did all they could without knowing what to do, but a complaint about what the delivery/assembly team would do when arrived. You might want to change your advertised "Delivery/Assembly" expectation, because if you deliver to a customer that was not quite understanding as myself, you will have a problem! I like the treadmill and use it daily. I have a problem that I will report when I get back home. For no reason that I can see, the treadmill slows down to minimum speed while walking. I then have to increase the speed to my desired level again. The total time and distance remain the same. I use manual mode only. I can’t determine the reason. I am careful not to change setting to cause this.

The sound on the speakers of the machine is so low even when I turn on maximum volume that makes it useless. Can't hear anything over the sound of the treadmill. Customer service just tells me there is nothing they can do.

Super quiet machine; only been using it for two weeks. Like the variety quick access for speed and incline with the extended arms. Haven't tried the included heart rate monitor band yet and don't believe the HR monitor on the arms is accurate (that I haven't figured out yet but it's low). The fan function shouldn't even be considered in the design, but I feel like that's with most treadmills. What's the point? Overall great buy for the value and EASY to assemble too.

Its comparatively easy to figure out. I have a i phone watch12 which is theoretically functional with the treadmill but each time I attempt to connect it via the spot on the console I get a message on my phone that it is not functional...phoned locally and got no answer. Otherwise everything is fine.

Bought this treadmill to replace a 15 year old Horizon T101 that finally gave up the ghost. The 7.0 AT is well built, quiet, and sturdy. I like the longer bed- 60 inches, as opposed to 55 for the old T101, because I sometime run on the treadmill. Between two of us in the household the treadmill sees from 1-2 hours of use daily, more in the winter than the summer. Only thing I don't like about the 7.0 AT are those little blue wheels on the handles; while handy for changing speed or angle, they are also easy to brush and change the setting accidentally.

This is an excellent treadmill, very smooth, and I love the console. I can fit a lot of things there - my iPad, my iPhone, a water bottle, and a towel, with room to spare. It´s on the narrower side, so probably not for big people or those who run a lot/fast. One small concern: these sidebars a staticky. Is there a way to make them less so? I get a small electrical charge every time I accidentally touch them while walking. It's very small, but over time it gets annoying.

When shopping for a home treadmill most people can’t afford the high end equipment. So when went in search of a treadmill for our home we wanted to stay in a lower price range. Upon researching we found the Horizon 7.0 AT. For the price you get plenty of goodies. Bluetooth speakers, an ok fan, solid construction and you can sync it with the workout app on your Apple Watch. For about $1,000 you end up with more than enough for the home.

Like anything new, there is a learning curve. My old treadmill was put out to pasture and I bought this new one. Within a few minutes and with no instructions, I figured out how to work it for it's basic purpose. I opted for them to install it and I highly recommend that you let them put it together. I used to work on diesel engines and cars engines, but I let them do this because there are always little tricks and this was a good way to make sure I didn't have any problems. I resumed my exercises on it and have been very pleased. Don't tell anybody, but I am a tinkerer and set up some fans on the unit that make it a joy to work out with. So far, I couldn't be more happy........Good job!

Easy-to-use, quieter than my OLD treadmill. Setting up personal program user friendly. Safety clip sturdier. Wish the pause function was a litte longer. Stepping off a little awkward because it's higher than standard steps. Haven't figured out how to change track from meters to miles.

I replaced a very sturdy high grade nordic track that was 25 years old. When I bought that I was a runner, now I'm a walker, and in the years, I mostly used manual mode. So I didn't want to spend money on programs and such that I wouldn't be using. I paid for installation and hauling the old one away, so I cannot say anything about the process of installing it yourself, but I was very happy with the installers! As advertised, this treadmill is a bit harder than my old one, the belt rests right on the metal surface. My old one had a cushy layer between teh belt and the metal, but so far its fine for walking. I like it and am happy with it.

This is a great basic smart treadmill - while it technically connects to apps via Bluetooth, the apps do not control the treadmill, you still have to do it manually (I knew this before purchase and bought anyway). It is not very loud, the fan is servicdable (but if you're a heavy sweater, get a fan). The control knobs can get in the way and be easily bumped if you run/walk too close to them, but you learn pretty quickly to adjust. The ability to fold is great. Would recommend for someone looking for a sturdy budget treadmill!

I like it very much and am learning how to get the most out of it. I particularly like that it is very quiet compared to my old Life Fitness that it replaced. I have one complaint. I occasionally pause a workout, but when I try to resume, the machine reverts to the starting point, and I have to manually input the speed (e.g. 4.6 mph) at which I was running when I paused. How can I make it resume at the same speed without having to start over at 0 mph?
