Carmelized brussels sprouts with grapes

 Everyone knows that brussels sprouts are nutritious, but not everyone loves to eat them. This dish is bound to help picky eaters enjoy getting their leafy greens. It’s also a delicious side dish for a holiday meal.
2 cups brussels sprouts, halved
1 cup grapes (red or green)
1/2 purple onion, roughly chopped
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
Mix brussels sprouts, grapes and onion in a bowl. Coat will olive oil. Add spices and mix well. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 420 degrees for 25-30 minutes, stirring half-way through.
Remove from oven. Evenly distribute raisins and walnuts over pan. Return to oven for another 5 minutes. Let cool and serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
