COVID-19 has recently changed the landscape in our communities. At JFW, the health and well-being of our customers and employees is our top priority. For JFW, the changing landscape caused by COVID-19 involves determining how our customers, employees, and overall operations are affected.
That said, we have put into action several action items in response to the threat posed by COVID-19.
We have increased our cleaning services at our distribution centers and increased our cleaning supplies at all retail stores. We have an updated cleaning guideline for every retail store, warehouse, delivery vehicles, and offices. We are following the CDC guidelines to help prevent the spread of the virus. A strict travel ban has been put in place for our employees and we have enacted a work-from-home program for all employees that are eligible.
We are currently open for business, but we are monitoring the situation on a town by town basis near all our business operations. We are constantly evaluating the situation and will make any adjustments needed on a moment-to-moment basis. If you are unable to visit one of our stores, we are ready to serve you at www.johnsonfitness.com. If you plan to visit in person, please check our website to check status of store as the status could change at any moment. We are working hard to stay stocked and decrease lead times to customers by offering additional pick-up and delivery options.
